Refund policy
Every Mama Hawaii item is lovingly printed to order, which means each piece is made specially for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind — but we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase, and we'll always do what's right if something isn't quite as expected.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@mamahawaiiuk.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of what's wrong
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as we can — no fuss.
Change of mind
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt made-to-order items from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.
Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we always recommend sizing up.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
