About our products
What are your t-shirts made from? Our kids' tees are made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton — soft, breathable, and gentle on little skin.
Are your products vegan? Yes! Organic cotton, vegan inks, and plastic-free packaging as standard.
Are the designs original? Absolutely. Every illustration is an original Mama Hawaii design — you won't find them on the high street. Each one features our signature hibiscus flower.
How are the designs printed? We use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which means the ink is applied directly into the fabric. The result is soft to the touch — no heavy vinyl, no cracking, just vibrant colour that lasts.
Sizing
What sizes do you offer? Mama' Baby tees come in ages: 0-6mths, 6-12mths, 12-18mths, 18-24mths, and 24-36mths. Please check our size guide on each product page before ordering.
What if I'm between sizes? We always recommend sizing up — little ones grow quickly and a slightly roomier fit is always better than too tight.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive? Every tee is made to order, so please allow 7–14 business days for UK delivery. That's typically 3–5 business days for production and 2–5 business days for dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free UK shipping on all orders, no minimum spend.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we're UK-only at the moment, but international shipping is coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!
Will I get tracking? Yes, you'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item? Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if anything arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll make it right straight away — just email us within 14 days with a photo.
What if it doesn't fit? Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're worried about sizing, always go up rather than down.
Caring for your tee
How should I wash it? Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. This keeps the print looking vibrant for much longer.
Will the print fade? Looked after well, your Mama Hawaii tee will stay bright wash after wash. Avoid hot washes and harsh detergents and it'll last beautifully.
